Robin L Rohmer, CMA

Welcome to Ethically Aligned LLC: an ethics centered enterprise focusing on the challenges organizations face to abate and monitor for retaliation. Ethically Aligned LLC is owned and managed by Robin L Rohmer, CMA.

With over 25 years’ experience in corporate Ethics & Compliance, Financial Services' Operations and Internal Audit, Robin has extensive experience building and promoting Ethics best practices, evaluating technology solutions, and implementing processes to assess and mitigate retaliation risk. Prior to consulting, Robin was an Executive Director for KPMG's Ethics and Compliance team. Most recently, Robin founded Ethically Aligned, LLC where she provides independent Ethics Consulting services.

A few of Robin’s career highlights include:

  • Selected to be a featured speaker at IMA's Americas Accounting & Finance Conference (IMA24). 

  • Developed a retaliation monitoring program from the ground up at KPMG; presented the program to educate other companies on how to develop protocols for their own organizations.

  • Educated leaders and organizations at the Defense Industry Initiative Conference.

  • Delivered multiple presentations to the Ethics and Compliance Initiative (ECI).

  • Served as Co-Lead for ECI Whitepaper Publication - "Positioning Ethics and Compliance as a Strategic Leader in Times of Stress or Crisis".

  • Frequent contributor to ECI’s “Talking the Walk” online case studies series. Most recently, Case Study 26: Speaking Up In Uncertain Conditions and Case Study 20: Some (Re)Assembly Required

    Robin partners with employment attorneys, small businesses, and HR Departments of One - specifically if you’ve gone through a downsizing in your HR team and need extra support in this area. Robin’s focus is assessing the prevalence of retaliation concerns within an organization and recommending mitigation measure to address.
